NPK STACK for MAYA

NPK_STACK_V.1.0 is a python script for Autodesk Maya

This script can help you quickly distribute and align objects in Maya.

It can help you work faster, be more accurate and it can be used for many different purposes.

The stacking is based on the bounding boxes of the objects and uses the objects transforms and pivots. The stacking and alignment is relative to the first object in your selection.

NPK_STACK_V.1.0 is working in Autodesk Maya 2017 and higher (Windows, MacOs and Linux).

I have not tested the script in previous version of maya, so it may or may not work.

INSTALLATION:

1) Unpack 'NPK_stack.rar'

2) Open the 'NPK_stack.txt' file.

3) Copy and paste the script into a python tab in the script editor in Maya.

4) Hilight the text in the script editor (ctrl + a) and execute via the script editor / command / execute or by pressing enter on your numpad.
